My Story

Quin Dickens, a native of Tarboro, NC, is an accomplished chef with over 17 years of culinary experience. She is a proud graduate of North Edgecombe High School in Leggett, NC, and furthered her education at the prestigious Scottsdale Culinary Institue in Scottsdale, AZ, graduating in the class of 2008.

Quin holds three Associate Degrees in Culinary Arts, Science and Arts, showcasing her diverse expertise and dedication to her craft. She has recently furthered her education with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health. Known for her exceptional culinary skills and family-oriented nature, Quin has built a reputation for creating memorable dining experiences that reflect her deep passion for food and commitment to excellence.
